Did not get the room we booked per pictures and room description. The AC was broke, it was not what we booked. It took hours to get ahold of the host and a manager was supposed to call us back from VRBO to help us cancel and get into something else. That never happened.

Overall, I had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing. Check-in was easy, and I appreciated how quiet and well-kept everything was during my visit.Unfortunately, after I checked out, I was accused of damaging a window that I did not break. This was especially disappointing because the host herself acknowledged that I was respectful of the house rules, kept noise to a minimum, and left the property clean. She claimed she had photos showing the window was not damaged before my stay, but when I asked to see those photos, she refused to share them. That made the situation frustrating and left me feeling like I was being blamed without being given the opportunity to see the evidence behind the accusation.I also found the claim difficult to understand because the host’s brother was staying downstairs during my visit. In my view, if a window had broken while I was there, it likely would have been heard. Based on my experience, I felt I was being blamed for damage I did not cause.Aside from that issue, I enjoyed the accommodations. I simply hope future guests are treated fairly and that any damage claims are handled with transparency.
