Great location and walking distance to most things. No designated parking was a little challenging but it worked out. Unit is great, well appointed. Rooms are on the small side but there were only 6 of us so wasn’t an issue. 10 might be tight. Host responsive and helpful.

The property was perfect for our moms/daughters trip to Mardi Gras. The rooms were very comfortable, including the bedding and bathrooms, and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The space was clean but you can see that some items have taken a beating from the New Orleans guests over time. The couch and rugs have some stains, the puffs and pillows in the family room are flat as pancakes. They simply need a deep clean and a refresh of those items now (and regularly).
