Welcome to Regency 501 — a beautifully updated, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo perched on the 5th floor with direct, west-facing Gulf views. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets right from your private balcony, relax at one of two resort pools, or grab a bite and drink at the on-site tiki bar. Inside, you'll find over 1,500 sq. ft. of coastal comfort with modern finishes, including Quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, a fireplace feature wall, custom-tiled showers, 4K smart TVs, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The fully stocked kitchen, spacious living area, and thoughtful layout make it easy to enjoy time together, whether you're unwinding after a beach day or cooking up a family dinner.

The resort offers two large pools (one heated in winter), a hot tub, fitness center, beachfront boardwalk, direct beach access, and Bikini Bob’s full-service bar and grill — all within the private, gated community of Regency Towers, located on the quieter east end of Panama City Beach.

Beautiful property with plenty of space! The balcony has a wonderful view of the ocean, and we enjoyed the shade this unit provides as opposed to the front facing balconies! Pool is as very nice, and even served free ice cream for kids on Wednesday at 2! If you plan on staying very soon and want to cook, I’d plan on bringing a can opener and measuring cups, as we couldn’t find the measuring cups and the can opener was broken (simple items that I’m sure will be replaced promptly). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the host was prompt with responding to messages!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our stay & Kenny was a wonderful host. Checked in multiple times to see how things were going. Was there for anything we needed. Condo was clean & upgraded. Beds were comfortable as well. Very large condo accommodated my family of 6. Large laundry room with full size washer & dryer, which was wonderful for our towels. The only thing I would change is to incude chair/umbrella rental with the unit. Most condo's at Regency come with chair rental. This would be a nice add on. We will definitely be back to rent from Kenny & BlueWave again.

Stayed a week here and had a great time! Kenny was great to work with…he answered questions promptly and when the thermostat was acting up, had the repair man there within the hour! Love the updated decor. Would stay here again. Thanks for the memories this week!
