Everything was great! It is a lovely place that was clean and comfortable. Check-in an out was a breeze. Had to contact the host after locking ourselves out (our fault) and she answered promptly with a resolution.

The host was very welcoming, even left a hand written note and a goodie basket. The codo was well furnished and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone planning a trip to Pagosa Springs.

Great location with easy access to downtown and quick walk to coffee/ice cream spot I the neighborhood. Our dog enjoyed staring at the deer and at the neighbor's French bull dogs! Would definitely stay here again.

Host, Cheryl, was easy to communicate with and she always responded very promptly. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, with plenty of hangers in the closets. Kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Great views from deck. Deer visited almost every night at dusk to feed in meadow behind house, once being so close to our deck we could have almost petted her. Only improvement would be to have a hair dryer in both bathrooms.
