Perfect for family celebration

Perfect house for our family gathering! Spacious, spotless, and so comfortable—the home felt brand new and beautifully set up. We celebrated our dad’s 80th here and made amazing memories. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time with our families at this amazing property! The property is nestled towards the back of Suncadia with some awesome access to walking trails and not a ton of traffic. We all felt comfortable letting our kids explore the outdoor area, play in the snow, and not worry about there being too many vehicles or other people around.The amenities at the property were incredible, from the kitchen equipment, to the kids playroom, everything we needed for our stay was available.Eric was a gracious host and made sure we were taken care of throughout the stay.We’d highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Perfect and comfortable place. We loved the outdoor space which looks out to trees. The house is new and spotless and has all the amenities you could want. 10/10 recommend! We did not have kids with us but very nice playroom with toys and table that would have been great if we brought our little ones. Also the built in grill was great, we used it every night!

My grandson said it best as we left. He said, "This was a happy home!" The open floorplan, the well stocked kitchen, the en suite bathrooms, the two separate game rooms - it all set the stage for a magical Christmas celebration for my family gathering from far and wide. Thank you, Eric, for checking in with me to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We've already talked about renting it again next year!
