We have stayed at this property several times and it is our favorite in York Beach. The location is excellent, the space is very clean and it is perfect for our family of four. We will definitely be back!

Clean and welcoming

We had a wonderful stay at Graceland by the Sea in August! The space is super clean, well organized, and stocked with anything your family may need for your stay. Close to the beach and a great location! We can’t wait to come back!

End of season Maine getaway

Graceland by the sea was an awesome place for our family to stay and enjoy York beach and surrounding towns. The house was clean and spacious and had accovered porch and outside amenities. We would definitely recommend it to other families

Another Great Maine Vacation!

This was our 3rd year at Graceland by the Sea. It feels like our 2nd home. We absolutely love York Beach, and this home has wonderful amenities, is very well maintained, and in a perfect location for both walking to Long Sands Beach (our favorite beach!) and into the village. We miss it as soon as we pull away and can't wait to get back next year!

Moms & Daughters getaway

I came up with my friend and both of our daughters for a relaxing weekend for the girls. We loved the fireplace, the large coffee table for puzzles, the comfy beds, and the beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. It was in close proximity to shopping (both outlets, grocery store, etc) and within a short walking distance to a cute coffeeshop.

Perfect way to kick off summer!

We had the perfect family getaway to start off the summer! The front porch was the best way to start the day with coffee and a book- enjoying the sunshine and light breeze. We walked to both beaches (on different days) and each were about a 10 minute walk using the wagon provided in the shed (there are also beach chairs, beach bag, etc). We loved the privacy (and water pressure) of the outdoor shower! The sound system to play music in the kitchen while relaxing was a huge perk and the attention to small details throughout made this a place we'd love to come back to again.
