Located only 0.25 miles to Long Sands Beach, where you’ll find sandy shores, ice cream shops, and local dining favorites. In the other direction, a 0.5 mile stroll brings you to Short Sands Beach, the heart of York Beach, where you can explore shops, restaurants, a classic arcade, a huge playground, York’s Wild Kingdom, and so much more.

Inside, the cottage features an open-concept kitchen and living room, perfect for spending time together after a day by the ocean. Enjoy Wi-Fi, cable TV, and all the comforts of home in a clean, comfortable setting.

As a guest, you’ll also have access to the community pool, great for cooling off or unwinding after a day at the beach.

Cozy Cottage

We had a wonderful family vacation at this clean, renovated, convenient cozy cottage. The location is great if you spend time at both Short and Long Sands. The neighborhood is welcoming and well run. We plan to rebook for next year!

The house was clean, convenient, and in a quiet friendly neighborhood. We could walk to both beaches and to the village. Immaculately cleaned and ready for our vacation. Communication was easy and friendly. My only criticism is the price. When all fees are added in, it was nearly 4k, which we felt was high. We booked later in the spring, so our options were limited. But the house itself was wonderful.
