Amazing place, the cleanliness was spotless, the host was fast to respond and accommodate if necessary. The beds and pillows were all so comfortable, everything you need was there and lots of room for storage if you decide to star there longer.Very comfortable location to visit the city, highly recommend!

The property was exactly as advertised, very clean and in great condition. It's a great property for large groups. The host was very courteous and extremely quick in responding to any inquiries. It's in a great location close to Denver NC which has all the things you would need, including great restaurants and shopping. It is also relatively close to downtown Charlotte. Great spot, would recommend.

This home was a new construction and was laid out perfectly for a big family get together. The house was very well equipped and stocked. Everything was clean and in great condition. My only complaint was the noise monitoring device that was installed but was not mentioned in the listing. We received an email about excessive noise inside the house from balloons being popped at a family celebration for a 2 year old’s birthday. This came from the noise monitoring device, not neighbors. Otherwise, we would not have known our “noise level” was being electronically monitored.
