Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All patio furniture should go under the gazebo. Grill cleaner and cover put back on. All burners off. Grill equipment back inside the bin. Dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle.
Please take all perishable foods or throw them in the garbage put properly outside in bins w/ lid on.
Turn thermostat to off position. Return all remotes to their proper place. All windows closed blinds shut
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
