Luxury Condo on The Square + Private Balcony

Beautiful High Cotton Condo on the Square. When you arrive, you can park in your reserved parking spot and enjoy all the Square has to offer. The most unique feature of this property is the large balcony. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail at night with the festive stringed lights.

The main living area has two leather couches and two club chairs with a 65 inch TV. The kitchen is finished with quartz counter tops and Viking appliances.

The master bedroom has a king size bed. The master bath is equipped with two sinks, toilet, jacuzzi tub, and a shower.

The second bedroom also includes a king size bed and its own bathroom.

The balcony is the largest on the square with plenty of seating, mounted TV, and a heater.

We had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect location, a quick easy walk onto the square. The property was immaculate and very nice. The porch worked out to be a great spot to hang out as it rained here and there all weekend. It was a perfect long weekend! I would stay here again!

The location is amazing. You’re in the middle of everything and really can just walk everywhere. Very comfortable condo with an amazing outdoor patio. Overall clean but bathroom mat and towels could be improved. One or my towels had a decent sized hole in it and bath mat looked like it needed to be washed or replaced.

Hotty Toddy!

This place is awesome! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oxford. My daughter is a Senior at Ole Miss and my friends and I stayed this weekend for the Ole Miss vs. Vanderbilt game. The location is perfect, the condo is gorgeous, Holly is the perfect hostess. I cannot rave about this place enough! My only regret is that I just found it in my daughter's last year.

The Best Oxford Condo!

I utilized this condominium for a wedding weekend in Oxford. Having stayed in various accommodations in and around Oxford, I knew the value and importance of being located on the square. The location of this property is unparalleled in Oxford. The underground assigned and gated parking completely alleviated the stress usually related to parking on the square. We were able to walk to nearly everything we did all weekend. The condominium itself is brand new and immaculately furnished and maintained. The king size beds were luxurious and the pillows and linen were what one would expect to find at a five star hotel in a major city. The kitchen appliances and electronics (TVs) were all appropriately large and in perfect working order. There is a giant outdoor balcony/veranda overlooking access to the square, and the weather that weekend allowed it to serve as an indoor/outdoor living area! The owners are spectacular and so easy to deal with; they accommodated each and every request we made. All in all, it was a flawless experience, and I selfishly almost hate to share this information, as I plan to try to secure this condo for all my future needs in Oxford!

I am an Ole Miss alum with three children who have attended Ole Miss. I purchased this unit so that I can come to Oxford to see my kids and friends. I use the condo frequently to visit, but it is not my full time residence, which makes it available to rent at certain times. I have loved the convenience of being on the Square, especially during busy weekends!

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location. Once you arrive there is no need to drive. The luxurious finishes and large balcony make it great for entertaining. With parking on the Square being a premium, it is nice to have a reserved spot in the garage.
