This cozy one-bedroom, one-bath blends historic charm with modern comfort, all beneath the largest tree in the city. This luxurious space is the perfect couples retreat for you to enjoy the best Fredericksburg has to offer.

The House: Park your vehicles in our spacious driveway. Keypad on the sidedoor of home (inside the back yard) will grant you access inside. *Please be enter through the gate towards the back of the driveway.

The house includes one cozy bedroom, including a 65" Smart TV for all your streaming Apps, with a comfortable seating area for you to enjoy. Our kitchenette has the essentials including a dining set with complimentary coffee & syrups, plus a complimentary oatmeal bar. The bathroom has a vanity, walk-in shower, and complimentary shower products.

The front porch is a show stopper with hanging chairs and a large sectional sofa–perfect for relaxing outdoors and watching the sunset.

In the backyard, the fun continues with outdoor seating, furniture surrounding a cozy fire pit, a luxury spa, and outdoor games.

With its charming design, our centrally located home is perfect for a memorable trip to Fredericksburg!

Really nice property for 2 people. Loved the front porch swings, the private hot tub and the gas fire pit. The assortment of K-cups for coffee and the added touch of an oatmeal bar. The host is very responsive to questions and overall great experience.

My husband and I decided to come to Fredericksburg at the last minute and this property was available. The house was clean as a whistle and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and sat out on the fabulous porch a few times. The extra touches were so thoughtful; coffee bar, tissues, Q-tips, and oatmeal. We walked 2 blocks to Main St. and the weather was perfect. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.
