This newly renovated, ground-level apartment offers a private entrance, covered parking, and peaceful mountain living — without the noise of highways or crowds. Located on the quiet north shores of Lake Granby, you're just minutes from downtown Grand Lake, Granby, and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Unlike hotels, condos, or your parents' basement, the footsteps upstairs genuinely care about your mental health (might offer some extra tips and resources to make your trip special). You’ll likely be greeted by one or two friendly dogs — sweet, and highly skilled at emotional manipulation. You’ve been warned.

Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked kitchenette with a fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster oven, blender, hot pot and more — plus a coffee, tea, and cocoa bar to start your day right.

If you used any additional blankets or the bedding for the couch, do NOT put them away. Leave them out so they can be laundered.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are not allowed upstairs, in the garage or storage shed.
