Our charming second-floor studio offers a queen bedroom, a private bathroom, and a comfortable living space. Enjoy the ocean breeze and stunning sunsets from this elevated vantage point. Both the bedroom and living area are equipped with air-conditioning and fans for your comfort. The living space features a large TV, a sofa bed, and a dining table for four. A convenient kitchenette includes an air-fryer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee machine, and refrigerator, complete with plates, cups, and cutlery.

Guests can enjoy amenities like an iron, hair dryer, WiFi, AC, and a washer/dryer.

Located in the 24x7 security gated community of Keauhou Estates, it is a short drive from downtown Kona and many wonderful beaches.

Nestled between palm trees in a quiet neighborhood with a wonderful ocean view, this unit is a great starting point for many activities: surfing, snorkeling, kayaking, scuba diving, hiking, or just going to one of the many great beaches on the island.

The location offers easy access to many places:
- 5 minutes away from the Keauhou shopping center with a KTA store, CVS/Longs Drugs, and several restaurants
- 15 minutes away from downtown Kona that offers shopping, eating and other activities
- 25 minutes away from Two Step - one of the world's best snorkeling places
- 15-45 minutes away from some of the best beaches on the island, north or south

Nice cosy studio, that was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, with amazing views of the ocean. Air conditioning was a must for us and it worked well. Grocery/Gas/Restaurants are a very short drive from studio. Avi was a pleasure to work with, and if we go back to the big island, we would stay here again! Thank Avi for such a wonderful place.

Great Property

No words can convey the spectacular sunset views from the lanai. It’s a great unit and not really a studio as the bedroom is separated from the living room and kitchen. We appreciate the water hose to rinse our beach/dive gear, right next to where we park our car. We will definitely try to stay here next time we come to Kona.
