Liked: Communication, location
The house itself is definitely in a very convenient location lots of restaurants and things to do around it. There was a problem with the pool, but they fixed it immediate. The house itself is a little dated, but my grandkids absolutely loved getting to experience the 1980s and 90s bathroom with mirrors on the ceiling !only two semi complaint. normally the owners have like one closet locked off for their personal things, but in this house, it seemed like there was either a closet or drawer, locked off in each room with personal items of the owner things and in the refrigerator and freezer was large containers with owners name on them not to be removed, which took up quite a bit of space that would've been nice to have had for a family of six. My other concern is I think it would be good to have the electricity outlets updated we had to figure out how to keep our phone chargers and everything connected. They kept falling out but the home itself was very nice.

If I had to say anything negative it would be that there wasn’t even bath towels and rags for the 7 of us which is not really an issue. The house was super nice and well cleaned. I loved having a washer and dryer in the house. The best part was having a private swimming pool. I would 1000% recommend
We had a wonderful week at this waterfront canal home on Galleon Court. We arrived by boat, while other family members came by car, and the dock was perfect for mooring. The sunsets over the canal were spectacular, and the location provided outstanding access to Anclote Key Preserve State Park. We made several trips to the sandy beaches and sandbars, and even ran north toward Crystal River for scalloping. The home was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the spacious sunroom and family room became our gathering place after long days on the water. The kitchen had plenty of counter space for preparing meals. The pool was small but clean, well maintained, and perfect for cooling off with the grandkids.During our stay we found several housekeeping and maintenance items that needed attention. Rather than listing them publicly, I documented everything with photos and shared them with the property manager. They responded promptly, assured me the issues would be addressed, and provided documentation showing the repairs were already underway. That level of communication gave me confidence future guests will benefit from the improvements. This is not a modern luxury home, but it has a relaxed Old Florida character that fits the setting perfectly. Between the waterfront location, boating access, beautiful gathering spaces, and responsive management, we had a great family vacation and would gladly stay here again.
