Welcome to our peaceful, fully updated home perfect for families and friends looking to relax and explore Floridas Gulf Coast.

Property includes 3 bedrooms: (Two featuring queen beds, the other with two bunk beds and trundles). 2 bathrooms with showers and hairdryers. Essentials provided: AC, heating, iron, hairdryer, and more. Heated pool for year-round enjoyment.

Bring your boat or jet ski (up to 26 ft)! Dock at our private pier with direct Gulf access for offshore fishing, sandbars, and stunning islands. (A docking fee of $100/stay will be billed separately through VRBO). Please let us know what type of vessel you’ll be bringing prior to check‑in so we can prepare the dock ahead of your stay. Prefer to stay close? Enjoy saltwater fishing right from the dock or kayak along the canal you may spot manatees, sea turtles, or dolphins. No boat? No problem rentals are just minutes away.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
In winter, cover the pool nightly with the provided solar blanket. Two adults are required for safe use.

Absolutely great house relax and unwind. The house was incredibly comfortable and had plenty of space. Everything was updated and worked great. The pool is so nice and big enough for the whole family to enjoy. Access to the dock is great and we even caught a few fish! Overall would definitely recommend!

Beautifully renovated home with many modern and thoughtful touches. Great grill and outdoor gas fireplace. Bikes and yard games for the kids. The access to the canal and kayaks was terrific.

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting this guest and his family over the Christmas week. He was respectful, communicative, and took great care of the home—leaving it in excellent shape. We did have a small hiccup with the tankless hot water heater, and he was incredibly patient and considerate, especially given that it was Christmas Eve and repairs had to wait. Truly the perfect renter. We would welcome him and his family back anytime and hope to see them again soon!

We had no problems and everything was outstanding. A couple of questions came up and the host responded to messages immediately. The house was clean and very well equipped and maintained. The host clearly goes above and beyond with items provided. The pool was clean and our teens enjoyed it. The dock was excellent for fishing. The beds were all comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Everything is clean, beautiful, and works well. We hope to stay here again.
