Ostuni is easily accessible by day, called the city 'white, the Trulli of Alberobello, Caves of Castellana, Zoo Safari Fasano, the Itria Valley, the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto, the Itria Valley, the city' of Lecce. The Aereporto of Brindisi is 22 Km, 100 Km to Bari.

Le propriétaire était très serviable et très sympathique. Cadre agréable ( grand terrain avec arbres fruitiers dont le propriétaire nous faisait partager ces récoltes) . Grande terrasse. Quelques propositions d’améliorations : Réagencement de la salle de bains au niveau de la douche et des toilettes et mise en place d’un mitigeur dans la douche Mise en place d’un lave vaisselle Remplacement de la machine à laver

Michele est tres sympathique et reactif a nos demandes.A notre arrivee,boissons fraiches et fruits prets a consommer. Logement tres propre et bien équipé, par contre Grosse déception par rapport au descriptif de l annonce ou il n etait pas mentionne: pas d eau potable ni pour la consommation, ni pour la cuisine.Absence de WIFI alors qu elle est notee sur l annonce Grill pain et bouilloire absents également et note présents sur l annonce.

Maison Agréable et propriétaire très sympathique

La maison de Michele est très agréable, de bonne taille et très propre. La maison est mieux que sur les photos (le réfrigérateur est tout neuf par exemple). Les extérieurs sont très jolis est bien entretenus, le terrain est grands avec pleins de fruits et des oliviers. Le quartier est assez tranquille et proche de la ville et des commerces. Michele est très sympathique et prévenant, il s'occupe de tout ce qui n'est pas forcement agréable (poubelles, eau,....). Nous avions de quoi boire et manger un morceau en arrivant ce qui est agréable après 1600km.... Merci encore Michele

La casa è stupenda, confortevole e molto bene attrezzato. Il giardino e l' uliveto meravigliosi

La villa è in campagna ma non lontana dai negozi. Il paese è tipico è fornito di tutto e si raggiunge con una passeggiata anche a piedi. Michele è un ospite accogliente e premurosissimo. Tutto splendido!

sperimentare la poesia della campagna e delle tradizioni: terra, aria, acqua e fuoco a San Vito

La casa di campagna di Michele, se non sbaglio ricavata da una tipica lamia, sorge nella campagna immediatamente fuori il paese di San Vito dei Normanni (ad 1 km di distanza) E' immersa nel tipico paesaggio di quest'area... ulivi, fichi, fichi d'India, piante da frutto, piccole palme....è una casa fresca, dotata di un patio lastricato davvero ampio, con due verande, un pozzo, altalena, parcheggio interno comodissimo e lavatoio con spazio per stendere. L'arredo interno è essenziale, ma funzionale, ci sono la tv e l'aria condizionata, e, su richiesta la wi fi (funziona benissimo...): la pulizia e' ESEMPLARE. Il valore aggiunto, per chi apprezza queste sfumature, è la vitalita' del paese di San Vito, che sa far rivivere e condividere le sue tradizioni popolari, culturali, musicali e gastronomiche. Le spiagge (specchiolla, torre guaceto....) sono a 10 km (veri) di auto, facilissime da raggiungere e molto "semplici" da vivere... 20 minuti da Ostuni, 10 da Brindisi, 30 da Lecce... Michele ci ha accolto nel migliore dei modi, con semplicita' e gentilezza (pomodori, fichi e bottiglia di vino locale....per dire) dimostrandosi premuroso ed attento ad ogni nostra esigenza: consigliato!!!

Oltre ogni aspettativa.. tra ulivi e relax!

Il posto ideale per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza, tra gli ulivi e all’insegna del relax. Ci siamo sentiti a casa dal primo momento, grazie all’accoglienza e alla disponibilità del signor Michele. La villa è davvero confortevole e attrezzata, pulitissima, perfettamente intonata allo stile dell’Alto Salento con il suo bianco e il colore dei fiori. Stupendo il giardino e i diversi angoli relax realizzati all’esterno. Ottima la posizione per raggiungere la riserva naturale di Torre Guaceto ma anche Ostuni, Carovigno, Mesagne… Sicuramente un posto in cui tornare!

obbiettivo principale del proprietario è quello di mettere a proprio agio gli ospiti e farli sentire come se fossero a casa loro e aver apprezzato i nostri dintorni. Ho avuto modo di conoscere i mio ospiti a cui rivolgo un saluto particolare.

Super Urlaub , unter Palmen

Hallo Michele , Danke für die schöne Zeit in eurem Haus , mit wunderschöner Terrasse und den Palmen wie man es sich im Urlaub wünscht , auf den riesigen Grundstück sind viele Olivenbäume , die Feigen und Aprikosenbäume laden zum naschen ein , Michele versorgte uns trotzdem mit Obst u. Tomaten . Im Haus war alles was wir brauchten , ganz toll die Betten waren schon bezogen , Handtücher waren reichlich da . Zum Einkaufen wie kann es anders sein ? Lidl sowie Penny ganz in der nähe . San Vito dei Normanni ist eine schöne typisch italienische Stadt wir haben von dort viele schöne Touren gemacht , auch zum Meer (ca.8 km) . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt , Michele wir werden uns wieder sehen Domenico u. Elisabeth , ciao , ciao
