It was a beautiful apartment with a nice balcony and rooftop pool. It is conveniently located to restaurants and shops. However it can be a little noisy at night. There was just a slight delay getting access to the apartment, but the host was responsive the entire time. I would recommend this apartment if you are looking for something in the Rice Military area.

I needed a place for a one-night stay and this VRBO was perfect. The place was clean and had everything I needed. The patio view was amazing, and the location couldn't have been better for my plans. The host was easy to communicate with, and checking in and out was a breeze. Overall, it was a great spot to crash for the night, and I'd definitely recommend it if you're in town for a short time.
