Completely renovated 1930 Bungalow inside the loop in the Heights. Quiet residential street yet across the street from a quintessential neighborhood bar in Cottage Grove. Small enclosed side yard. Plenty of parking. All brand new appliances and furniture. King bedroom has it's own TV and a private bathroom with walk in shower and back door to fenced in courtyard. Smaller bedroom has a double bed. Just 2 blocks from 1-10 access. Five miles to downtown and six miles to Galleria area.

We absolutely loved staying here. I would just keep in mind there is a bar across the street & it tended to get loud at times. It was in a great location & the owners were extremely friendly.

Stayed here for almost two months while we were renovating our home. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Host was great and was attentive when things came up. We loved walking to the park nearby and enjoyed meeting the people in the neighborhood. Everyone was friendly! This is a very centrally located place to stay where you will sleep well and have everything you need during your stay.

Very clean and comfortable place. Right across the street from a nice bar/grill with a pretty inviting patio area . I really didn’t hear any noise from the bar so the house is apparently well insulated too.I’d stay there again for sure!

Awesome house in a great location

Beautifully remodeled, absolutely loved it. Stayed with spouse and pet while in town for work. The house had everything we needed and a perfect location to work downtown.
