Truly terrific farm house set in a beautiful orchard. If this is the stay you are looking for, this fits the bill perfectly. It is quiet, well located, clean, and set in a beautiful orchard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a perfect house for our group of 7 friends, the layout was great. We enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness missed the mark on a few things (towels looked older and kitchen sponge was old and a few cob webs but nothing that was a deal breaker) but overall it was a great house for our girls trip

The house had not been cleaned, items that were there to be used were dirty, jouse is not being maintained, host is fully aware. VRBO is fully aware, i would not stay at this property

Host reached out with check in details, which was helpful. The location was nice and quiet. However it was very dark when we arrived. The porch light doesn’t appear to be working. Also there were multiple keys on the keychain, which was hard to navigate in the dark to figure out which one. Inside the house was mostly clean- there were dirty towels still hanging in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. One of the rooms definitely needs darker curtains as it’s just sheer material that’s white. It looks like there might be WiFi but there was no information about it. There were also no check out instructions, so we tried to make it a little clean when we left and turned down the heater. I assume that the owners are new to this thing. I wish them luck.

Started off bad, only got worse. Generic security code to get in the back door, no front door access. Didn't get keys or access to the garage (where the washer and dryer were, and of course they were inoperable) until the next day, and only after i replaced the garage door remote battery at my own cost. Had to do laundry off-site at additional cost and time. Refrigerator leaked the entire time. Plenty of windows with zero curtains or blinds...and mice running around inside the house. Absolute DUMP!!! Save yourself the time and hassle and book something else....anything would be better than this.
