Nestled in Falmouth just outside downtown Fredericksburg, this delightful house boasts 3 cozy bedrooms - 2 with king beds and 1 with 2 twin beds. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in the Fredericksburg area whether for a vacation, transition while moving to/from the area, or visiting the area to see family.

This peaceful countryside home will allow you privacy and a fantastic view of the stars at night. The house sits on one acre of land and is one level (a few outside stairs to get to the single level entering from either the side (usual entrance since parking is there), or the front of the home).

Off-street parking is available just outside the home entrance so you are just steps away from entering through the side porch entry of the home. Once inside you'll walk into the newly remodeled and fully stocked kitchen with eat-in countertop as well as a dining area. You'll have everything you need to cook meals for your family and feel right at home.

As you turn to your left at the front of the home is a spacious living room with plenty of seating on the couch for the whole family, a large TV with plenty of free channels by Samsung TV, or you can log in to your favorite streaming services as well. The living room also has a corner area to store your coats and other personal belongings, as well as a reading chair and picture window with a peaceful view of the front yard. The living room also has a ceiling fan built-in to the modern LED lighting.

The living room has a door that leads to the oversize front deck of the home where you can relax outside on the wooden gliding rocker or chairs to enjoy some outdoor time listening to the birds and quietness of the surrounding area.

The hallway off the living room has a stacking washer/dryer for your laundry needs while visiting. The full bathroom is in the hallway as well with a stand-up shower.

The first bedroom to the left down the hallway has 2 twin size beds - perfect for a young kids room during your stay.

At the end of the hallway you'll find a modern bedroom with a King size bed as well as ceiling fan, blackout curtains, and a TV, as well as plenty of closet space to store items.

To the right at the end of the hallway you'll find the second oversize bedroom with a King size bed with a modern look. This room has blackout curtains, a TV, and ceiling fan, as well as a half bath (toilet and sink) in-suite.

The exterior yard has plenty of space for meditation and walking the grounds for exercise or playing. There is no fence around the yard but dogs are welcome. The pet fee covers the first dog, any additional dog will be an additional $50 (billed separately).
