This modern, new construction seasonal vacation home in Venice offers 4 spacious bedrooms with crisp linens and offers a variety of sleeping arrangements. It boasts 4 modern bathrooms equipped with 3 showers, tankless hot water and all amenities. Guests can relax in the cozy family room or on the front porch in Adirondack chairs with a handmade latte, after a day of exploring. The property also features a modern natural gas chef’s kitchen with oversized island and automatic espresso/latte machine and state of the art appliances. Oversized laundry room, WiFi, and sits in a private cul-de-sac within a safely gated neighborhood. Walk across the street to the modern gym and pickleball courts then take a dip in the resort pool. Or take a 5 minute beach cruiser ride to watch the Braves at CoolToday Park or to grab coffee at Downtown Wellen. Take a 15 min. drive to historic Venice and Venice Beach or take your pup to the only dog beach in Sarasota County at Brohard Beach. Enjoy all that Southwest Florida has to offer when you stay at our place which is an hour north of Fort Myers International and 45 min. south of Sarasota International.
