It boasts 4 modern bathrooms equipped with 3 showers, tankless hot water and all amenities. Guests can relax after a day of exploring, in the cozy family room, on the lanai or in Adirondack chairs on the porch with a handmade latte. The property also features a modern natural gas chef’s kitchen with oversized island and automatic espresso/latte machine and state of the art appliances. The home, which sits in a private cul-de-sac within a safely gated neighborhood, boasts an oversized laundry room with state of the art washer and dryer, Stream your favorites with reliable WiFi or walk across the street to the modern/private gym and pickleball courts then take a dip in the resort style pool with a lake view. Or take a 5 minute beach cruiser (provided) ride to watch the Braves at CoolToday Park or to grab coffee at Downtown Wellen. Take a 15 min. drive to historic Venice and Venice Beach or take your pup to the only dog beach in Sarasota County at Brohard Beach. Enjoy all that Southwest Florida has to offer when you stay at our place which is an hour north of Fort Myers International and 45 min. south of Sarasota International.

Lock all windows and doors and lock up any trash within the home.

We’d like to book again. Home is new, super clean and well appointed. Sunsets were gorgeous. Gym, pool and downtown Wellen great and super close by. Had a blast in downtown Venice and caught several sunsets on Venice beach and Manasota Key. Highly recommend.

Wellen Park has it all and is central to restaurants, shopping, golf, spring training baseball, beaches, historic Venice and several state parks.

What makes this property unique

A new construction luxury builder community with a private feel due to the cul de sac lot that sits across from protected reserve woodland. The lot provides minimal vehicle traffic and sunsets on the front porch should not be missed.
