Lovely house with 3 bedrooms 5 beds plus sleeper sofa available per request and 2 full bathrooms, heated pool and 2 car garage. House is in a great location near shopping plazas, restaurants and the famous Legacy Trail perfect for biking, running and more. You will have short distance to Nokomis Beach, Caspersen Beach, Manasota Beach, Starbucks and a lots of places to visit in the Sarasota and Venice area....you can walk to the First Watch for breakfast or lunch, shop at Dollar Tree, Burlington, Marshall's, Beals and stop at Bonefish on the way home...while it's not within walking distance to the beach it is 3 miles drive to Sharky's on the Pier or only about 4 miles away from the Venice Beach. Situated at a dead-end in a peaceful community. Lots of outdoor space around the house with beautiful palm trees and a large patio area around the pool is great for sunning, dinner at sunset or looking at the stars. Board games, a gas grill, and more at your disposal.

Perfect Getaway for families, couples and friends. Pets are welcome with additional pet fee. This Home will make you happy and relaxed. It's very comfortable. You will love it....
