? No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests may smoke outside, but if smoking is detected indoors, a $250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to cover deep cleaning and odor removal

? Not Ideal for Infants – Due to the loft’s open layout and stairs, the space may not be suitable for babies or toddlers

? No Parties – This is a quiet and private home, and we respect our neighbors. No events or loud gatherings allowed

? How clean is the loft? Our space is professionally cleaned between guests. We sanitize the entire home, bleach the bathroom, disinfect surfaces, and provide fresh sheets and towels. Due to Antigua’s active volcano, some ash and dust may settle quickly—though we do our best to keep everything spotless. Additional cleanings are available upon request for 150Q

There are plenty of places to book in Antigua, but you'll be among the first to experience this newly renovated space, blending modern comforts with a touch of ancient Mayan charm.

Additionally, we work directly with the apartment next door, offering the option to book extra rooms or even a whole 3-bedroom house. We can easily collaborate to accommodate your needs and provide more space if required.

1. No Parties or Excessive Noise
- No unregistered guest.
- Parties are strictly prohibited, and building security regularly monitors the premises.
- Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9 PM.
- Noise violations may imposes a fine of 5000Q. Repeated offences may result in eviction from the house.
- If you are considering a party we kindly ask you to consider booking elsewhere, as our neighbour next door is sensitive to noise and may raise concerns.

2. No Smoking
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. If you choose to smoke please go out the front of the building.
- If any evidence of smoking is found inside the apartment, a Q500 additional cleaning fee will be applied.

3. Lights and Electronics
- Turn off all lights and electronics whenever you leave the apartment to help conserve energy.

4. Toilet Usage
- Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary products, condoms, tampons, cigarettes, or any other items down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.

5. Damage and Breakage
- Report any damages or breakages immediately.
- Guests will be charged for broken items, lost keys, or any fines imposed by the building.

6. Pets
- Small pets are allowed but must be taken outside for their needs.
- If you have a barking dog, we kindly ask you to consider booking elsewhere, as our neighbour next door is sensitive to noise and may raise concerns.
