Welcome to our sleekly designed one bedroom downtown condo with views of the downtown skyline including an unobstructed sight of the Calgary Tower.

Located in the heart of the Beltline. Walking distance to everything such as restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores and all popular avenues. 5 minute drive to the river, Stampede grounds and the Saddledome.

Please be aware the front doors of the building lock at 10pm. If you book, you'll have to pick up the key/fob in a different location.

You will have entire private access to the condo

For patio or balcony access, please use caution and avoid fully closing the doors, as they may lock automatically behind you.

*** POOL is closed for the winter.
