Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place.
This newly renovated two bedroom condo has new stainless steel appliances, all main small appliances such as blender, coffee pot, toaster and kettle. The kitchen is fully furnished for cooking it has air fryer, pots and pans, plates, glasses and coffee mugs just to name a few. Plus lots of cupboard space with a breakfast nook.

Bedrooms

The two rooms have two queen size beds which can occupy 2 occupants in each room. large closets and a side table with lamps.

Bathroom

Has a soaker tub and shower. Towels, soaps and toilet paper and hair dryer are provided.

Living Room

Has 1 love seat and a couch, tv with fire stick to stream many movies and stations at no cost. Free Wifi is also provided. There is a door leading from the living room to the patio.
Out back there is an assigned parking and garbage disposal bin.
Guest access
Guess is allowed to use any area within the unit only. There is a card laundry just outside the unit main entrance door. Card can be provided if needed.
There will be a key lock pad with a code on the patio railing on the ground floor. It is the patio to the right when facing the building at the front. At the back there will be an assign parking with the unit number.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and functionality of the space. We had an amazing stay here and when we left an item behind after checkout, our hosty Deann was fast acting on ensuring we were able to pick it up. Overall a cozy place, comfortable beds and pillows. The host was receptive to questions before our stay and left a bag of snacks and bubbly juice as a welcome. It is an older building so we could hear the upstairs neighbors from time to time but generally it was quiet. When I read the place was newly renovated I was surprised that one of the bedroom doors didn’t close all the way and the bathroom door needed encouragement to close most of the way. The grouting on the bathroom floor was wearing away and was quite discoloured making me wonder if there might be a leak underneath the flooring. There were two new fans which helped keep us comfortable without AC in the unit. The kitchen provided all the necessary cooking equipment we needed for making meals. There were three stools for the breakfast nook and there were only three of us so that worked fine.
