David was amazingly responsive to my questions and requests. The place is in a good location to get to many sites by Uber, on foot, or by street car/bus (get the Le Pass app for easy mass transit directions and fares!). There is a big common room kitchen for gathering and then lovely rooms upstairs - most of which have a private bath.Trader Joe's being SO close was also a big plus. Hot and Soul next to TJ's is a good place to eat or grab a cocktail.Check out Teede's Bar a couple of doors down from the house for some local color!
