Beautiful home in excellent location!

We had a great stay here! The home was beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed being able to walk to the quarter and marigny. It was an easy uber ride to other places we wanted to visit in the city. We would love to stay here again!

Great house in the French Quarter

Amazing house and stay. The property managers were extremely responsive and very welcoming and accomodating. Everything as listed and an amazing location. Super close to the quarter for great music and good food in the area. Would definitely stay here again in the future 10/10!

This house is lovely--beautifully decorated, well appointed and in a great location. It is close to a fabulous bakery, a top notch grocery store and Frenchmen Street for music. It is not far from the French Quarter, but out of the hustle and bustle. The host was thoughtful in providing a starter coffee and tea set and pretty much everything we needed. The kitchen is very nice and the beds were very comfortable with nice sheets and cozy comforters. The only negatives were some street noise and uncomfortably hard and over-filled pillows. The outside patio area is beautiful. We really enjoyed that. Great place. We would stay there again!

Wow! What a great stay. Perfect location for visiting tourists. Steps to Frenchman's Street and 15 minutes to the French Quarter. We walked everywhere! House is beautiful, immaculate and perfectly ready for our group. Outdoor backyard was the piece de resistance and we spent every night winding down with a drink out there. Bathrooms were particularly nice, modern and standard hotel amenities were a nice touch. Easy to communicate with the owner and helped us out with a late check-out. Easy in-and-out, wifi, TV's and comfortable beds....all at a reasonable price compared to similar homes we looked at. We'll be back.

I left some items that were very important to me for the cleaning people to apparently steal them. Even though I contacted the host immediately the same day after leaving them the host ignored me for days and then finally said they won’t help a week later.Additionally the thermostat did not work and they provided no extra linens for the pull out bed. There are no curtains in the master bedroom so be prepared for it to be hot and bright and unable to sleep. Also some of the furniture was dangerous to sit in and my friend was injured.

Regarding the linens, they are typically provided in the rooms, and we would have been more than happy to assist if we had been notified during your stay. The same goes for the curtains and thermostat, our post-checkout inspection confirmed that the thermostat was functioning properly, and we could have addressed any concerns right away had we known. We also take safety very seriously and regret hearing about your friend’s experience with the furniture. This is certainly not the level of comfort and care we aim to provide. We truly wish these issues had been brought to our attention while you were still in the home so we could have resolved them promptly. Providing a positive guest experience is very important to us, and we’re sorry we fell short in your case.

Great location and fantastic house. Traveled with 5 adults and 2 kids. Property had a high chair, pack n play, baby gates, and kids plates/ bowls/etc that we used. We used the dishwasher, washer and dryer with no issues. Only tub is the jacuzzi tub in master but we made it work for the kids. A few minor (mostly cosmetic) issues around the property but nothing that affected our stay. We did have a package delivered before we arrived (it wasn’t supposed to come until we got there, arrived early) and it was stolen so I do echo the hosts advice to not have packages delivered. 4 bedrooms are downstairs and the master is upstairs. Took a bit to figure out the heat (there was a cold spell while we were there) but we figured it out! Hosts were very responsive when we reached out. Would highly recommend and would return!

Amazing stay

Our group came to celebrate in NOLA for my husbands 40th birthday. The place was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean, in a great location that’s walkable to everything including Frenchmen street right nearby. Everyone loved the outdoor patio area. We would definitely come back and stay here for future visits!

Great house, great location and great time

The house is better than advertised and the hosts could not be more helpful. The Marrigny neighborhood is great, Frenchmen street music is fantastic and plenty of places to eat. Plus it is a very short walk to the French Quarter. The backyard is the star. Great place to hang out with friends and family.

60th Birthday weekend getaway

The home itself is wonderful. Very clean, very beautiful, wonderful location. Walking distance to just about everywhere you would want to see while visiting NOLA. The front bedroom allows for quite a bit of noise from the busy street, loud voices, etc. However, we would definitely stay again.

The property was conveniently located near Hotel Peter and Paul where our daughter was married during the stay.The property was perfect for a family lunch the day after the wedding, particularly the outdoor space. Absolutely Incredible Stay

Our experience at this house was amazing! We had a large group that needed accommodating for a week in New Orleans and could not have picked a better place to stay. The location was fantastic, very easy walk into downtown with a great safe bike/running path to get there. The house was gorgeous and newly remodeled so everything was up to date and fantastic. I cannot praise the hosts enough as well, they were very on top of answering questions that we had quickly and were incredibly accommodative if we had any issues. Our vacation went smoothly very much to the credit of the hosts and the house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying at this location for your Big Easy vacation.

The home was everything we needed and much more

First, I must start with our hosts Ashley and Chris. They were so accommodating to all of needs, always replied quickly and very flexible. We even used venmo. Second, the home was fantastic. It was decorated beautifully and very well stocked. We had everything we needed to cook, relax and enjoy like we were at home. It was a big help to have the extras for the baby. We had a pack n play, a bathtub and more for our son and daughter. The kitchen was well stocked and even had coffee and cream to get our day started right. Lastly, being in New orleans was a treat but the location being so close to the French quarter made things so easy to get to by car or a short ride with uber. Overall, i can not say enough great things about the home or the hosts. It exceeded our expectations and would love to stay here again.
