We would really appreciate it, if you put all trash in the black bin and recyclables in the bin with the blue lid located in the garage.

Pets:

We will allow up to 2 house-trained, well-behaved dogs to join on your stay. No cats or other pets will be allowed.

Please make sure to clean up the backyard and house from anything pet-related prior to your departure.

Note that any damage to the house or yard will result in a charge for the cost of the repair.
