Our house sits at the top of a private mountain road—the last home on the ridge—surrounded by peaceful meadows and overlooking the Balsam mountain range. It’s quiet, serene, and incredibly private, with big skies above, stars at night, and a deep sense of calm throughout the day. Inside, the home is spacious and inviting, with high ceilings, two main-floor bedrooms (a twin and a full), a queen bed in the airy second-floor loft, and a newly finished lower level with cozy couches, a large-screen TV, laundry room, and space for yoga or stretching out. There are two full bathrooms, AC and heat, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen for nights you’d rather stay in and cook.
Outside, you’ll find a large, well-maintained property and a fire pit perfect for crisp evenings. And just down the mountain, there’s no shortage of things to do: ski at Belleayre, swim or sunbathe at Belleayre Beach, hike local trails, grab a great coffee at Mornings, shop in Margaretville, enjoy a meal at Peekamoose or Eightymain, sip cider at Wayside, or dig into delicious pizza at Oakleys. And of course, the iconic Phoenicia Diner is just a short drive away.
We have a Bocce Ball Set, Cornhole and Canjam for fun on the property and plenty of books as well as Apple TV, Netflix and board games if you decide to stay inside.
Whether you’re here to relax, recharge, or explore, we hope our home gives you the space to do it all—or nothing at all.
(Google Maps sometimes lists our town as 'Margaretville' as an town directly adjacent to Andes)
