Stayed here for a golfing weekend. The property is amazing and the cottage is very well appointed. Tobin was a great host, ensuring all of our needs were met.
This is a nice secluded cottage. Nice firepit and bbq out back. A couple of our group used the included boats and had some luck fishing in the Moira river which the cottage backs onto. Insanely close to Black Bear Ridge and Trillium Wood golf. Good communication with the owner.
We had a great time at this property! Great outdoor space with fire pit and beautiful view. Kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms were beautiful. Lots of space for 12 people to relax. The host was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!! It did not disappoint.

Andrea and her group were fantastic guests!
5 big stars!
Fantastic property in a beautiful setting. Clean and bright with plenty of space for us to sleep, cook, sew (it was a sewing bee weekend), and socialize. The property feels secluded with a fantastic view of the river but is an easy distance from the highway and the Belleville business district. We were a group of middle-aged adults so didn’t partake, but there were plenty of toys and a mini zipline for kids to play with/on. Tobin, the host, called very soon after we checked in and was easily contactable when we had questions. We would stay again in a heartbeat!
They advertise that the house sleeps 15 and it does. We were 12 and it was great. We were amazed with the large supply of dishes and glasses. There was also a good supply of staples such as coffee, sugar, oil and more for cooking. Lots of room to relax indoors and outdoors
Overall a very nice stay. Owner is easy to reach and easy to communicate and thoughtful. It's a large well maintained property good for 13 of us. 3 full bathrooms are practical. The front lawn is big and good for lawn sports. Our fishman had some nice catch offshore. Paddle along the river is very peaceful. Wish we brought water shoes.
This is an ideal cottage for large groups, there is plenty of room with the many bedrooms, three very nice and modern bathrooms, and a very large living room and kitchen.
We enjoyed going out for a paddle with the boats, going for a run on the the beautiful trail in the woods, using the very nice BBQ and the beautiful view from the kitchen and living room.
There were quite a few mosquitos when we were there, so bug spray is needed.
Tobin was very kind and communicative. We had an absolutely lovely and memorable time!
Stayed here with 11 people total for a 3 day golf trip and we really enjoyed this place. Very close to Trillium Wood and Black Bear Ridge, yet still feels quite secluded. The living area and kitchen are spacious, and bathrooms are nice. The bedrooms are as advertised.
But the real selling point is the outdoor space. Right on the river behing the unit. A few of our golfers brought rods and enjoyed fishing back there, and caught a couple fish.
Ample room for many cars. The host was accommodating and quick to reply to any questions.
Great waterfront cottage. Lots of open outdoor space and easy access to water via the dock. Well stocked kitchen and everything is as you see in the photos
Fantastic location, enjoyed kayaking, canoeing, barbecue and camp fire. Would be better if there were more kayaks as we were a group of 8 people. Also, there isn't soap or body wash, just one minor inconvenience.
This property does not disappoint. The drive to the property was a bit bumpy but it makes you imagine what lies ahead. Once we arrived we were so amazed by the view and the simplicity of things. Tobin set us up to have a smooth and efficient check in process. Thank you for that. The property was immaculate and welcoming withthe sign in the kitchen. We had amazing time and we plan on going back in the summer to do some fishing and take the boats onto the river.

Thank you for staying with! It was a pleasure hosting you and your family. Please come again in the summer. The water is great and the fishing is good.
Cheers!
The property was perfect for our large group. Open and spacious. Very clean. Tobin was very responsive and it was clear he wanted our stay to be stress-free. Would highly recommend!
A short jaunt off of the 401 and you're in your little slice of paradise. The water is shallow enough that even those of us who weren't that confident in water felt secure and there was plenty of canoes, kayaks available for our use.
As usual, the rooms were clean, washrooms pristine and kitchen fully loaded with all the cookware you'd want. The waffle maker was a favourite along with the well sized bbq.
Wifi was much improved over last year but still strained under the load (which I don't blame, we had well over 20 devices hooked up to it) but kept us all online enough to post tons of vacation photos!
The included linens were a godsend and communication with the owner was amazing .
Just a warning, the private road leading to the cottage is a bit rough so just take it easy and you'l l be ok.
My group plans on returning next year and we're already excited for it!
Great house located a few kilometres from Black Bear Ridge golf course. Steps away from the river, this place had all of the amenities we were looking for. Have to navigate a minefield of potholes on the gravel road leading up to the property but once you arrive you will not be disappointed.

Spacious house with all the amenities
Grace's Landing has plenty of comfortable beds for a large gathering. The kitchen is well equipped and washrooms were beautifully renovated. The WiFi was weak, but that gave us an opportunity to unplug and enjoy the outdoor activities... we were able to kayak, canoe on the river in the backyard. The water was warm and the current was not too fast - great for swimming. There are hiking trails nearby. They had 2 fire pits. Although we didn't use the large pit, it was large enough for a huge bonfire. Our host, Tobin was responsive to all our questions. We would highly recommend this property!
I love travelling and meeting new people and enjoy raising my kids. I enjoy camping, hiking and sitting around a campfire with friends and family. I created Grace's Landing to be a place where families and friends can gather and reconnect and for artists to find inspiration. It my wish that you and yours will find Grace's landing to be the oasis that me and mine do. Cheers!
Why they chose this property
We first visited this property in early 2016 and immediately fell in love. Grace's landing is located just outside of Belleville Ontario on a secluded 10 acre lot. We are far enough out of the town to feel secluded but close enough to the heart to enjoy the many attractions in the area. Our favorite time is early in the morning when the mist is hanging on the surface of the water.
What makes this property unique
Riverfront access. Panoramic windows in living room that provide expansive views of the river. Has the capacity for up to 16 people Close to major cities - Ottawa, Toronto, Kingston and Trenton All year operation Close to major attractions in the area such as golfing and fishing Steps away from the cross Canada trail.
