Three spacious and comfortable bedrooms one with ceiling fan and central heating. Two (2) Modern 3-piece bathroom with lots of storage. Located on River Rd, on Trent River and 16minutes fromTrent-Severn Waterway, Lock 9 - Percy Reach. Explore the town of Campbellford which is 16 minutes away. There is historical attractions, shopping, dining, parks, etc. There is lots to see in Campbellford including the Chocolate Factory(world finest chocolate), The Huge Toonie in the Lions Park, The Rotary Trail, The Suspension Bridge! Right on the Trent River. Park your boat and enjoy the many restaurants and bars in the area. Can also dock your boat right in front of the cottage. Enjoy fishing, canoeing and kayaking.
