Amazing 2BR/2BA Farmhouse on 4 acres with a large pond. 4 beds total
Spectacular farmhouse with a pond on 4 acres. Very private, peaceful, and comfortable. Located 8 mi from Hillsborough, (15-19 mi) to Duke University, Duke Hospital, University of NC, Chapel Hill, and Durham. Enjoy sitting on the dock and take in the nightly symphony of nature, cook outside on the flat grill, or just relax on the couch & watch the 75” mounted flat screen.
Make yourself at home in this 2-bedroom Hurdle Mills farmhouse retreat. This tranquil house features 2 king beds with gel foam mattresses and 2 rollaway twin beds with gel foam mattresses for extra guests. This place is perfect for up to 6 guests or small parties and events. The house has everything you will need.
YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Paramount, Disney, Apple TV, etc are available.
Lumos fiber internet at speeds of 700mbps.

6 guests max allowed. Each additional guest (over 4 guests) will be charged $50 per guest, per night.
Unauthorized guests or pets will be charged $100 each per night.
No shedding dogs please. If you have a pet that sheds, please contact me prior to booking to discuss possible arrangements.
-Please do not allow pets to get on the furniture.
-Please do not allow pets to go to the bathroom on the front lawn (it badly stains the lawn the next day). Plz have the dogs use the side or backyard for breaks. Thank you for helping keep the front lawn beautiful for all guests to enjoy.
House is on a well and septic system. Plz do not flush any large paper items like paper towels, baby wipes, etc. Please flush toilet paper and natural waste only.
Please do not drive on the lawn. There is a large gravel driveway with ample space to park and turn vehicles around.
Water pressure will decrease temporarily if you are running the washer, dishwasher, or flush the toilet, all while trying to shower.
