Welcome to Villa Botanica, a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa with a private pool, gourmet kitchen, and lush outdoor living. Nestled in the village of Kamenmost near Imotski, we’re minutes from the iconic Red & Blue Lakes and 20 min. to the Adriatic Sea. Enjoy bocce, BBQ, or coffee under the olive trees and curated garden. Includes washer/dryer and A/C. Villa Botanica is your perfect base for exploring Mostar, Medjugorje, Makarska, Split and the Dalmatian Coast.

The home is spacious and comfortable, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bright living and dining areas are perfect for gathering with family or friends. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and more.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Botanica in Croatia. The villa itself is stunning — spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, and the kitchen and living spaces are thoughtfully stocked.The pool area is absolutely amazing, perfect for lounging in the sun or cooling off after a day of exploring. It really felt like our own private oasis.A special mention must go to the host, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, providing detailed recommendations on things to do in the area, restaurants to try, and local attractions we would never have discovered otherwise.The location is also ideal — close to amenities, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Villa Botanica to anyone visiting Croatia.
