Including 1 king, 2 queen, and 1 twin bed, this cozy cottage is perfect for families or friends looking for a fantastic getaway. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, and heat, along with the split plan for privacy king, master bath has a shower only, the other full bath has a tub. You don't The house has separate family room & living room. (we do have security cameras outside for your safety but none inside). Enjoy your time in Wausaukee at our welcoming cottage. We have lake access to Lake Noguebay with a 2 minute walk to our sandy swimming beach with a 75 foot pier, (NO CARS ARE ALLOWED TO DRIVE ON THE LAKE ACCESS, ALSO NO BOAT OR PONTOON IS AVAILABLE WITH THE RENTAL.) IF you choose to rent a boat or bring your own boat there is a launch near by. The map show 12 minutes to the beach it’s a 2 minute walk to the pier & water. The cottage is 1 hour north of Green Bay, if you are interested in renting for the packer games. The lake has Crivitz Ski Cats Water ski show every Saturday night in the summer. New vinyl plank floors. We have a fire pit, black stone grill, grilling tools, dishwasher and soap, coffee filters, air fryer, waffle maker, garbage bags, spices, storage containers, lots board games. THINGS TO BRING: wood if you would care to have a bonfire, foil, plastic food bags, beach towels, coffee, paper plates. Run the dishwasher a couple I hours before you leave. Please put sheets on the washer, hang wet towels over the shower curtain & hang wash cloths over the towel racks that is in the laundry room. Unplug, coffee maker, toaster and air fryer. Turn off air conditioning, or heat, Turn off all lights. (Turn off water that is behind the circuit breaker).
