Please turn lights, faucets, stove, coffee maker, microwave off. Please lock up all doors, windows, and shut garage door.
Set heat temp to 60℉ (during winter months) and set cool temp to 78℉ (during summer months) when checking out The garage is heated; please shut the garage door promptly after each use.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
