The property was part of a beautiful lakefront community, and the unit was exactly as advertised. Amazing location, with close proximity to Marble Falls, Austin, other communities in the Hill Country, and great restaurants on the water. Other than some missing details about accessing the condo and the pool (which we figured out), it was a perfect experience.

Very clean, well maintained and comfortable unit. Beautiful lake view. The pool is very nice, once you find it. There's nothing in the condo to explain where the pool is or that a key card is required. The pool is actually nestled in between 2 tall buildings that are not attached to this building.

Exceeded our expectations! What a beautiful property! They were great at communicating with us beforehand and answered our questions quickly. The property has a really lovely balcony that looks over the lake. It also has access to a lovely family friendly pool. Enjoyed our visit very much!

From the moment you arrive at Grand Welcome Horseshoe Bay, you feel like you’ve discovered something special. The property gave me serious tropical island vibes! With its beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere, it felt like stepping into a little island paradise without leaving Texas. Instant vacation mode!The communication was excellent, and the check-in instructions were clear and seamless. The unit was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with gorgeous views of the bay and marina. One of my favorite spots was the patio, where I could relax, take in the scenery, and soak up the peaceful atmosphere.Even though it rained every single day of my stay, this cozy space made for a wonderfully relaxing getaway. Sometimes, the best vacations are the ones that allow you to slow down, unwind, and simply enjoy the moment—and this place did exactly that.I genuinely didn’t want to leave! Grand Welcome Horseshoe Bay exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again. My only regret is not having the chance to explore more of the property and its surroundings. Everything looked so beautiful and intriguing, and I would have loved to discover more of what this little paradise had to offer. I guess that gives me another reason to return!If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views, and the perfect atmosphere to relax and recharge, this hidden gem is definitely worth discovering!

I wanted to share my experience staying at a wonderful condo in Horseshoe Bay. I chose this property primarily because of its close proximity to the local golf courses. As a golf enthusiast, this was a major perk for me. The condo itself was beautifully appointed, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the views of the lake and resort were absolutely stunning and added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. If you are planning a trip to the Horseshoe Bay area, I highly recommend considering this condo as your accommodation. It truly offers a fantastic combination of location, comfort, and scenic beauty.

Our stay with Grand Welcome Austin turned into one of the most stressful travel experiences we’ve ever had. We were moved to a different property with less than 48 hours’ notice on a holiday weekend. Yes, they sent the listing link, but canceling wasn’t actually possible. Everything else was booked, and we had important realtor appointments scheduled that we’d been planning for weeks. We had no choice but to accept the switch.What happened next was heartbreaking. The replacement property was labeled “pet‑friendly,” but it was anything but safe. Our dog found something near the fire pit and ate it before we could stop him. Within minutes he became disoriented and sick in a way we’d never seen. We rushed him 56 miles to the emergency vet, terrified the entire drive. The vet confirmed through symptoms and bloodwork that it had to be mamajuana. We didn’t have a photo because he swallowed it, but the diagnosis was clear. The visit cost 650, but honestly, the fear of losing him was the part that stayed with us.This trip was supposed to be about finding our next home. Instead, it became a night of panic, tears, and watching our dog suffer because of unsafe conditions at a property we never chose. I truly hope future guests are given accurate information and that no one else has to go through something like this.
