Peaceful condo in a quiet gated community. Great location for walkers, hikers, cyclists and food enthusiasts. Tumamoc Hill is a 5-minute walk from the community. Also within walking distance of desert trails, Sentinel Peak Park (A-mountain), Mercado San Augustin shops/restaurants, and MSA Annex. Enjoy a free ride on the light rail to historic 4th Avenue district, UofA, or downtown. Ideal for visitors to the Gem Show. You simply can't go wrong with this centrally located community!
Quiet 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo with private laundry and small backyard. Community pool, hot tub, basketball courts, ramada and playground.
We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs under 20lbs. No cats due to allergies. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate certain breeds. Please provide details in your booking request.
- We have created a welcoming space for friends and family to relax and be together. Our home is not a party house. We ask guests to respect our home and community neighbors during their stay.
- We have a strict NO smoking policy in and on our property. This includes vaping and marijuana.
- We are a dog friendly property. Limit of 2 small dogs weighing no more than 15 pounds each.
