Enjoy this upstairs studio located a stones throw from Historic 4th Ave. Minutes from Downtown and the University of Arizona this is one of the hottest spots in Tucson for nightlife. Whether you're in town on business or just want to have some fun, this is the ideal place.

Everything you need with appliances including a refrigerator, stove, microwave and Keurig. Wifi, Roku TV with Netflix and a patio overlooking a shaded common area with table and chairs.

Location! Location! Location! Everything is right here. Park your car in your designated spot on the property and walk. Need to commute downtown or to the U of A? The Tucson Street Car will take you there. The Rail stop is literally a 2 minute walk from here, jump on and go! All restaurants, bars, clubs, dives, shopping, etc. is all accessible on foot or by rail access.
