Check-out instructions
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather all trash and tie off inside provided contractor bag; deposit in outside trash bin. All trash must be contained in this bag, we do not have trash pickup, I take it to the dump myself.
Leave used beds unmade; leave towels in a pile in a bathroom.
Leave my home as you found it; no deep cleaning required of course, but visible spills cleaned up, trash, grill scraped, dishes in the washer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

About the host
Hosted by Kristyn Chartier

New England native looking to offset expenses by sharing my family vacation home with people who will appreciate it as much as I do! I bought this house to honor my Dad’s legacy, as he accompanied my family on many VRBO adventures in the mountains over the years.
Why they chose this property
My home is in a quiet family neighborhood with private lake access shared by a small, close knit HOA. The people are wonderful and welcoming, in fact my renters have reported being offered food and drink by my lovely and welcoming neighbors.
What makes this property unique
Quiet and peaceful with gorgeous knotty pine woodwork throughout and vaulted ceilings. It feels like a home, not a hotel. It is well stocked with essentials because I used it the majority of the time; if something breaks or goes missing, I notice immediately and take care of it.
