This great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in a small low-key 3 story complex, right across from Big Kahuna's Water Park. There is a community grilling area located right next to the newly refurbished pool.  St. Martin Beachwalk Villas does not have an elevator.

With two master suites each featuring queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends seeking the perfect beach getaway.

This ground floor unit has deeded beach access down your own private walkway. The complex is behind another complex but you do not have to cross Highway 98 to get to the white sands and clear water. This condo is perfectly centrally located, so you could leave the car parked all week! Within walking distance are restaurants, a grocery store, and Target. 

A short 200-yard walk puts you on the beach.

St. Martins Beachwalk Villas never disappoints

Clean, quiet and peaceful. Just a short walk away from the beach and located close to a lot of fun things for kids to do. This was our second stay at St. Martin’s Beachwalk Villas and we will likely stay again in the future.

Good for the price

The property is a little dated and was not very clean but it was decent enough for the price. Location was hard to get out of and we would turn right and make a u-turn to go left.

This location was nearby every attraction ive booked. The main attraction was the Waterpark across the street. Uber rides were literally under $12 from parasailing and jetski's. Dining options were all local with great choices. Complex super quiet after 8p. The condo itself was super clean. I really enjoyed my stay. The only problem i had was they did not accommodate late check out. Check out was 10a my flight back home was 5p. I didnt have anywhere to go but the airport and waited over 6hrs. Otherwise this place was budget friendly, convenient, clean and quiet

It was PERFECT for our family

With being on a beach vacation, we always look for somewhere to stay that is reasonable and logical because we know we won’t be in the condo all that much. This was perfect...everything that we needed was there, clean, brand new carpet in bedrooms, the AC worked great, and it was such a manageable distance to the beach!

Very close to the beach access and unit is across from the Water park. Unit is 1st floor which was very accessible. We had no issues at all. I had a question and management was responsive.

Spring Break

The unit was clean with plenty of space. Very reasonable and located at a good spot within Destin. A short walk to the beach, with protection from strong winds. Overall a well priced location. We visited Destin for Spring Beak. The water was a bit cold and we had storms / rain for a day but made the best of it by traveling to Pensacola to visit the Naval museum. For another afternoon, we used the pool, due to high winds / strong surf warnings at the beach. Destin traffic is crazy but a little patience and it’s nothing to worry about. Overall, it was a good trip while staying in a nice rental.

Short walk to beach

The condo was the right size for 4. We found it okay. We found the beach access after a while of investigating. We had to text the manager to figure out how to turn the tv on. They responded promptly and someone came. It would be helpful to post in the condo where the beach access is and how to turn on the tv. It was nice to have the papertowel, dishwasher soap, and dish soap provided. The washer and dryer was handy. It was close to a lot of attractions.

Unit 412

Over all great location- great lay out of condo, Flaws- the room had a bad odor like musty smell. Not sure if it was the smell of the carpet or what. Carpet was very very bristled, And the decor was very disappointing, no beach themed or welcoming sense, and there was no spare blanket. And the wicker furniture is very uncomfortable for a family to sit on. Over all perfect size for my kids and I for a few days.

Stinky retreat

I stayed in this place a few months back and even though it wasn’t the Ritz, it worked for my family. But this time when we arrived the placed smelled like something had crawled in and died. I nearly threw up. I called the owner and they just brought over air freshener. Also there was the biggest dead roach on the floor right by the front door!! Also...the master bedroom bed spread was disgusting! It had white stains all over it. I’ll let you use your imagination as to what it looked like. There was now way that cover had been washed it was just thrown back up on the bed. Save your money.

great unit for price

We booked this unit on the day of check in the cleaning crew had the place ready in 3 hours as other renters left that morning and it was very clean. Unit is directly across from pool and on first floor which is great as we have a 5 month old with a ton of accessories. The unit list a king size bed in master but it is a queen , but very comfortable with two great twin beds in second bedroom. There are plenty of pots pans and dishes so you wont need a thing, also has a washer and dryer in unit. Each bedroom has a tv masters is not flat screen, but your at a beautiful beach so why should this matter. Access to beach is down a boardwalk and it needs to be updated so wear some kind of shoes , but this is not owners fault. There are plenty of BBQ grills near pool and outside tables which is great. We will rent here again as price and location is great and unit is clean. Location is great you can walk to grocery store target and eating establishments as well as water park and beach. Usually prefer not to work with management company but this one was great thanks jody for handling everything

No WiFi, no privacy, no security

This reasonably-priced condo is in a great location, but the management company was not real responsive. The WiFi network we were told to look for was not there. I get that this isn't really a maintenance emergency that needs attention on a Sunday night, but we never heard back from the management company. No one ever came by to fix it or even call to check on it. Fortunately we found the real network name and password on the router and were able to get it working. But as far as RealJoy knows, we never had WiFi during our stay. Other problems are that the vertical blinds on the patio sliding door (which faces the parking lot) had 6 slats missing. There was no privacy in the livingroom. Again, no effort by RealJoy to fix it. Another concern was that the deadbolt is missing on the front door. Since I don't have any confidence that the lock code is changed between rentals, that meant anyone could get in at any time. Overall, this is a good condo, but very small. Even though it will sleep 6, it won't seat 6 to watch TV or to eat together. Perfect for 2 people though.

Good location

Check in and out were both a breeze, we received our instructions via email and didn't have any issues. We knew the place was small and it really was. Eating space was a little tight and we had to use the outdoor patio table. So, we would have people at the bar eating, people on the sofa eating and people outside eating. There was a tall pub type table and 4 barstools, however the barstools were a bit clumsy to use. The kitchen is pretty well stocked, but was missing one main thing for me, a muffin pan! I like cooking muffins for breakfast, cheap and easy. Also on the topic of the kitchen there is not an ice maker in the freezer or ice cube trays, so bring your own or buy ice. We stayed there with our two girls, 4 and 1. The 2nd bedroom had 2 twin beds, the 4 year old slept on one and we still had plenty of room for the 1 year old's pack-n-play. I would have preferred the 2nd bathroom to accessible from the common living areas, but it is right off of the bedroom. The bed in the master bedroom is not a king as noted but is a queen. The master bedroom is also a bit smaller than room with twin beds. The location was great if you are fan of Destin. It is a really short walk to the beach and our 1 yr old did fine walking to it. It has steps so it is not wheel chair accessible. A few other notes, the tv in the master is a regular tv and not a flat screen, but we didn't use it all. The tv in the living room worked fine except the remote either needed new batteries or needs to be replaced. Loved the ceiling fans in all the rooms and the a/c worked great! We did have a brief interruption of wifi (it is free!) and cable. I emailed the address on the fridge (said to contact them for issues) and never received a response. We later saw a cable truck outside and the electricity blinked a couple of times. It is a condo and as most condos there is almost zero sound barriers and we could hear our upstairs neighbors moving around. All in all, i would probably not stay there again, but that is not because of the condo, but more because the Destin traffic, hated it!

St Martin Beach Walk Villas

We really enjoyed our stay in Destin. There were a few things in our unit that were concerning regarding cleanliness. Not sure if previous guest were very messy or if cleaning crew didn’t do a good job. All the amenities inside and outside of unit were very nice.
