The room was clean but very dated and in need of some renovations. Ceilings in showers need major attention. Avari team was easy to work with and very responsive. Beach view was great and the pools were good. Don't expect a place on the beach by the water unless you reserve a set of their chairs months in advance! You have to set up your personal beach stuff behind 5 rows of their chairs, that you couldn't rent if you wanted because they were booked out long past our stay.

The beach view was spectacular! The unit itself needs a lot of updates. I took several pictures, both bedrooms, bathrooms, living room kitchen. Was not as advertised. There was no seating on the balcony other than a lounge chair. An exterminator would be helpful. We did see cockroaches in the kitchen while we were there. Probably could use a complete remodel.

Great location. Plenty of parking. Onsite bar and restaurant was decent and prices were reasonable. Initial impression was great, however upon further inspection this place could use a little work. The couches were very worn, it desperately needs a new coat of paint, there was a thick coating of dust on top of the curtains, and the mattresses were terribly hard. A few small extras would be great as well…more seating on the balcony and ice trays in the freezer would be great. You have to buy your own ice. Would stay here again.
