They played the music at the pool all day and until 10:30 at night. It was very loud andif you were trying to relax and talk or read it was very disturbing.
The location was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed from the kitchen to bathroom and extra bedding. Our kids loved the hot tub, beach access and the lazy river! We loved easy and delicious pizza and drinks from the onsite restaurant while the kids played in the pool. Great service from the staff onsite including speedy text responses to questions we had. Checkout was a breeze!
Everything from check in to check out was perfect. Condo was clean and cozy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool and common areas were clean and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodations were excellent. We were thinking it would be ocean front and were disappointed that it was not but we would absolutely stay again.
The condo was great - Clean with a great patio view and amenities. Having two rooms was perfect, so our toddler could sleep separately. Jonathan the property manager was very helpful and accommodating. The only negative was Wyndham's incessant sales pitches at check-in.
Had an overall pleasant stay. Could’ve done without the timeshare presentation push at check-in and follow up call the next day even after declining. We were assigned a mobility-accessible room that was not decorated nearly as nice as the photos which isn’t preferable but to be fair it is disclosed in the listing as a possibility. Small hiccup at check-in where they wrote down the wrong tower on our room key and we were wandering the property looking for a room that did not exist as it was written on the key. Overall would recommend but if there could be a way to avoid the timeshare presentation push on multiple occasions that would make the stay an even more positive one.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
I have previously stayed at Wyndham. The location can't be beat for shagging on Main Street in Ocean Drive. This unit was clean and met my needs. It was sparse and not as well decorated as other units I have stayed in. The mattress wasn't very comfortable. The unit was advertised as oceanfront but wasn't. This wasn't a deal breaker for me but may be for some. It was a good stay. I am just including reasons that kept me from rating it as excellent. Still good!
The oversell of the time share and constant haggling made the experience a bad one. Here is the instances: upon check-in you check in with front desk and then get passed off to the time share sales people to be pitched and wait for them to give you your wristbands. They called the next morning at 8:30 to make sure we didn't want to come to the 9:15 session. They then called that afternoon to try and get us to come to the next morning meeting.
We were visiting to look at a college for my daughter and her boyfriend. We had a family emergency and I was unable to attend the trip. The resort refused to let my daughter and her boyfriend check in because they were only 18. They also would not allow me to re-book, or cancel. These were extenuating circumstances and very stressful. I explained to them what was happening and I received zero compassion or help from the resort and booking agency. I researched and found there was a parental consent form allowed at other Wyndham resorts, but the folks here refused to even discuss. No compassion, just a curt "No". Which means I had to pay for a condo that no one could stay in. I was thankfully able to book another condo through another place and my responsible 18 year olds had no issues checking in. This was a real hardship, especially given the medical emergency I was dealing with. Be sure to read every fine print detail when booking through here. They have zero care for what can happen to people in real life!

I’m sorry to hear you were dealing with a family emergency — that’s never easy. That said, our listing and house rules clearly state that the primary guest checking in must be 21 years or older, and unfortunately we cannot make exceptions to that policy. Because the guests arriving were 18, the front desk was not able to check them in.
This requirement is disclosed prior to booking and applies to all reservations. While we understand the situation was frustrating, enforcing a clearly stated policy does not warrant a 1-star review.
