We had an amazing stay overall! The view from the balcony was absolutely perfect—truly the highlight of the trip. Having the beach right outside made it completely worth the money, and we spent so much time just soaking it all in.The unit itself is a bit dated, with older fixtures that could use some updating. It also would have been helpful to have a few more essentials on hand, like extra garbage bags and properly stocked soap (the dispenser seemed to be mostly water).A note to future renters: this location is about 30 minutes from the main attractions like Broadway at the Beach and the SkyWheel area. We actually enjoyed that, as North Myrtle Beach is a bit quieter and more relaxed—but it’s something to be aware of depending on what kind of trip you’re planning.That said, the location (for us) and view more than made up for those small drawbacks. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a beautiful beachfront getaway!

Wonderful Stay at a fun resort

Our family had a wonderful time in this condo at the Avista Resort. We love all the pools and lazy rivers and the access to the beach. The staff is friendly and the condo fit us well. The beds were comfy, the AC worked great, two bathrooms is a plus, and the overall atmosphere and amenities were great.
