Property is as shown in all the pictures. We had a wonderful time. The amenities were amazing. The condo itself was exactly what we needed. We had everything kitchen wise we needed but a can opener. We would definitely stay here again.

My overall impression of the property it was clean and the house was amazing. Anything I needed all I had to do was call and they would reach out the Beach view. Great everything was good.

Condo was really nice. Very clean and decorated well. The Avista Resort was much better than I expected. Couple of improvement opportunities. Exhaust fan in hall bathroom is very loud. Really needs to be replaced. Also the toilet seat in the same bathroom is very loose. Overall this was an excellent choice.
