We had a great stay with our 3 kids. The home is in a great location and was equipped with pretty much everything we needed (and more!). The garage was a fun hangout space. Will definitely stay again when in the area!
The property was nice and nicely decorated with little perks throughout. The location was very conveniently located to a lot of the nearby attractions and other cities.
Home is clean, stocked with everything you might need and well organized. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Awesome coffee bar. Nice outdoor seating area in a private back yard. Bicyclists will love the bike garage with bike racks, bike stand and a bike wash. Great location for a ride to the nearby bike parks. I would love to stay here again!
This house was a great home base for a week of Mountain Biking in Bentonville! It's an easy ride to Coler and downtown, the garage is ideal for storing/working on bikes, and the patio is great for post-ride hangouts!
The house was very clean with lots of cozy touches in each room. They provide extra bath towels which is always nice, toiletries you might need and the garage was helpful to hold our things out of the rain while we moved our kids into college. We will definitely try and stay here again!
Booked this for a 2-day work retreat. Amazing house in a great location. Spacious enough to meet in the dining/living area for 6-8 people — and perfect location to enjoy downtown Bentonville and ride mountain bikes as well! Nicole was attentive and responsive as a host (even went and retrieved a pillow we left behind and sent it to us!). Excellent listing!
The house was perfect for our family bike trip! We loved everything about it. The location to ride to trails, the garage to get ready, the house is amazing, and the host was great to work with. As a person that used to run VRBO’s, they did it perfect. We are already planning to book the same house next year. Thank you for everything!
This home is ideal for mountain biking easily to Coler and Slaughter trail systems. Also just minutes from downtown. Completely remodeled older home. Very clean, lots of towels, new kitchen appliances and other furnishing. Great garage for servicing and storing bikes. Everything about this stay is 5 star.
Perfect location and accommodations if you are visiting Bentonville for just about any activities!Came with a group of friends to explore all the mountain biking in the area for the weekend, and location is perfectly between Coler and Slaughter Pen (5-10 mins away from either by bike)! The place is perfectly setup for any type of biking (mountain, road, etc) with the included garage space to store, work on, and/or charge your bikes (if you have an e-bike). And if you are just relaxing at the house, very well furnished, clean and with large sized rooms (that easily held 6 adults with biking gear and such), and has a great outdoor area to relax (including inside the garage as well). And to top it off, the host is super responsive, very easy to work with and talk to, and is there to definitely make your stay a memorable one!Would definitely recommend anyone looking to do a biking trip (or even a family trip) to check out this place!
Nicole was incredibly responsive and kind. There was a tornado that made us vacate, but Nicole was understanding and so helpful. We definitely want to return and enjoy her lovely property under better circumstances.
The house was well stocked and my kids had a blast playing in the garage before we had to go!
This place was perfect for our MTB trip to Bentonville. So close to everything... we rarely used the car. The house was well stocked, including a few tide pods for laundry which we appreciated. We loved the yard games and hanging outside after a day of riding. We'll be back.
Beautiful and well appointed property. Conveniently located to downtown Bentonville and area attractions. The hosts were wonderful and responded promptly to messages!
The property was very clean and updated and felt like staying at home. The patio is a great place to hang out after a long day. We will be back to Bentonville and back to the house.
Excellent place to stay for multiple couples or friends who enjoy cycling. Having the garage for bikes was perfect. Good location to jump on the bikes and go for a ride. Management was quick with responses and very accommodating.
Great place to stay for a long weekend of mountain biking. Very close to Coler and Slaughter Pen mountain bike trails and an easy bike ride to down town. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The garage hangout was a bonus after a long day riding.
