Upon arrival, the resort did not have our reservation from the host, who was also non-responsive to VRBO. After 2 hours on the phone, we were issued a refund from VRBO, but had no choice but to take the smaller 2 bedroom unit remaining at the resort. I would highly recommend to reserve elsewhere.
