Kayaking, picnicking, and swimming are all available at the Johnson's Beach National Seashore. Planning to bike the area? Perdido Bike Rentals makes it effortless by delivering bikes straight to your door—just hop on and enjoy the scenic ride to the beach or explore the laid-back charm of the island. If you'd like to explore the greater Pensacola area just adventure North from the neighborhood! Some activities in the area include Snorkeling on the emerald-water reefs (only 500ft from the shore!), Fishing on the nearby Charter Boats, exploring the dog beaches, watching the Blue Angels air show, and walking and biking sandy beach trails!

2. No Smoking in home or on balcony
3. Pool Rules are posted and must be followed! Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. NO GLASS ALLOWED. NO TOWELS hanging from Balconies.
4. Two Dogs up to 40lbs welcome, $250 non-refundable fee per dog; pre-registration is required.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Avery House. We had friends fly in for a special event in Orange Beach and the house was just right for our 6 guests. The house is very well decorated and appointed with all the necessities. It really is a gorgeous house. The area is quiet, which we liked, with a walking path to the park for morning strolls. Beach access is in walking distance as well. We liked how close the grocery store and restaurants were just over the bridge in Perdido Key. Thanks for the enjoyable vacation.

Well im not happy i lost alot of food cause the refridgerator wasnt working for the first 2 days. And we didnt have hot water either for the firat 2 days. The curtain looked like it was moved to the back door like it was barely hanging it almost fell on my 7 year old daughter and she wasnt hanging out it she was opening the door to the back deck it fell n almost hit her. Besides that it wasnt bad but .. all that upseted the people i was with
