Located on the Kingdom Trails, .3 mile to trail “Last Call”, this unique family style home is designed to comfortably host large groups. 2 bdrms/queen. 2 bdrm/king. 1 bedrm/double. 1 queen/double & bunk. 1 queen/double, 3 twin, 1 bunk & 1 double. 1 bdrm/4 twin & 2 bunks. Commercial grade gas cooking stove and fully equipped kitchen. Dining capacity seating for 24 people. 2 grills on deck. Large family room w/flat screen. Den w/flat screen. WIFI. Game room with pool table, ping-pong table, card table and lots of storage. All bed linens included. Guests to provided their own towels.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Strip sheets from all bed that were slept in, leave sheets in the bedrooms. If you rearrange furniture, please return it to its original location prior to departing.
BE SURE: Propane tanks for gas grills on deck are shut off. Exterior water faucet is shut off. Kitchen gas stove oven dials are off and all pilots remain lit. All windows are closed and locked.
House cleaning is included, however we do request that you respectfully leave the house in the same general condition as when you arrived. Please let us know if anything is broken or needs attention.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please contact owner to discuss allowable occupancy. PARKING: NO MORE THAN 8 CARS ALLOWED

We purchased this unique home and renovated the space to accommodate our large extended family. We spend most winter weekends at this house and have created many memorable moments. We hope others will create their own memories and traditions.

Why they chose this property

This unique space has the ability to sleep many guests comfortably. Kitchen and eating areas easily serve all guests. Featuring 6 bedrooms to privately accommodate couples, and 3 bunk rooms which include 13 twin/bunk beds and 3 additional double beds. The house is spacious enough to find your own quite area if needed. Enjoy cooking on the commercial grade stove top, double oven and cook top griddle, or two outdoor gas grills.
