As soon as you pull up you will be greeted by spectacular views of Grandfather Mountain and Sugar Mountain. Take a short trip down 24 steps to enter this one-level condo. Relax and enjoy the view from the private covered balcony or from the King-sized bed in the primary bedroom. You might catch a glimpse of deer, rabbits, chipmunks, and occasionally a mama bear and her cubs.
Walk to Beech Mountain sledding Hill or Overlook Barn. You are also minutes away from Fred's General Mercantile and short 1 mile drive to Ski Beech Resort.
Inside you will find a gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and more. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea the single-serve Cuisinart brewer.
There is plenty of free parking onsite, and keyless entry ensures hassle-free access.
