Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

2. Turn the Heat or A/C off as well as, TV, and Stove
3. Thoroughly clean grill and empty used briquettes into the fire pit 4. Take trash to the garbage container at the end of the driveway
