This newly renovated cottage was thoughtfully designed by us around our family’s love of Rock Harbor, boating, sailing, and fishing. Every detail captures the spirit of Cape Cod, from the coastal color palette to the nautical accents, creating a warm and inviting retreat just steps from the harbor.

Cozy, Open Living Area:
Relax in the bright vaulted living space with exposed wood beams, a plush sofa that converts to a queen bed, and a striped coastal rug. Gather around the gas fireplace and enjoy the smart TV after a day by the water.

Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen featuring custom sage green cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and even a lobster pot for your authentic Cape Cod feast.

I’m hesitant to leave a perfect review because I don’t want the house to book up preventing a return trip No detail was missed in the remodel of this cottage - open layout, high end finishes…just beautiful. The most magical little place. Quiet, peaceful, and super clean. Tony and Jesse have the sweetest place and were great with communication. The house had tons of amenities and everything was working and taken care of. The location couldn’t be more perfect and it was an easy drive to everywhere on the cape. Perfect size for a family of four and the location could not be better. The interior is very nicely redone and the living space is a great space to spend time when you’ve got to be indoors. The property is steps from the shore and a nice little seafood restaurant. Center of Orleans and the bike path are maybe a mile away. The owner, Tony was very responsive and helpful.

One of the best rental properties we’ve ever stayed at! Every detail was fantastic from the kitchen knives to bath towels. Everything was top notch. Beds were super comfortable and everything seemed brand new! The vaulted ceilings made the space feel large and having the outdoor space was great. Very easy to rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach! We had 3 people and it was the perfect amount of space.

From the seamless check-in to the perfectly situated location, our vacation started on a high note. Then upon entering this beautiful home, we were struck by the updated features and incredible attention to detail- I don’t think there was one need that wasn’t addressed. The home is so thoughtfully appointed which made it all the more enjoyable. The beds are very comfortable, the place was spotless and overall it was one of our best stays on the Cape.
